    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a stainless pipe is provided. The method includes gradually curving the stainless pipe into a ring type, plasma-welding opposite ends of the curved stainless pipe so that back beads are formed, additionally TIG-welding the plasma-welded part to form bead mountings, externally applying pressure force onto an outer portion of the stainless pipe while inserting a mandrel into the welded stainless pipe such that the mandrel comes into contact with the back beads, thereby flattening the back beads, removing the bead mountains, setting an outer diameter of the stainless pipe, RF heat-treating the welded part, cooling the welded part, and a second sizing stage.

The mixing vaporizer includes a first hole that a raw material flows in therethrough, a second hole that carrier gas flows in therethrough, a mixing space that generates mixed gas by mixing the raw material and the carrier gas, a carrier gas nozzle that is connected to the second hole for supplying the carrier gas to the mixing space, and a third hole that discharges the mixed gas. The cleaning device cleans the mixing vaporizer by circulating a cleaning solution through at least one the first hole, the second hole, and the third hole.

    Abstract: A carrier tape feeder is provided. The carrier tape feeder includes a unit for loading a carrier tape, a picking-up unit where chips are picked up, and a driving unit. The pick-up unit includes a knife portion, a folding-guiding portion, and an inversion-guiding portion. The knife portion separates a cover tape from a base tape in a first adhesive portion. The folding-guiding portion is spaced from one lateral side of the knife portion to induce folding of the cover tape separated by the knife portion in the lengthwise direction in a state in which the cover tape is partially attached to the base tape in a second adhesive portion. The inversion-guiding portion extends in an oblique direction from the knife portion and the folding-guiding portion toward the outside of the carrier tape to induce inversion of the upper and lower surfaces of the cover tape folded in the folding-guiding portion so as to be superimposed on the base tape.
