  • Patent number: 10005204
Abstract: There is provided a thermocouple temperature detector mounting structure for a mixing tank for which the temperature detecting end of the thermocouple temperature detector mounted on the high viscosity mixing material mixer is capable of measuring temperature in real time and for which the mechanical load applied, by the flow of the material being mixed, on the temperature detecting end is made as small as possible. A temperature sensing portion with a hemispherical tip, of a protective inner tube that accommodates a thermocouple element of a thermocouple temperature detector, is mounted on a mixing tank, for mixing a high viscosity mixing material, so as to project from the end of a protective tip that projects into the mixing tank.

  • Patent number: 9522484
Abstract: To improve the work environment by preventing a larger amount of a powder compounding agent from being discarded as power dust and by returning the powder compounding agent into a kneading tank by capturing said powder compounding agent by employing a simple means in closed pressure type kneader. Also to bring the compound quality closer to the design quality by drastically increasing the valuable collection rate. A recovery device for collecting an ejected powder compounding agent is installed on a closed pressure type kneader for kneading a kneading material along with a powder compounding agent in a kneading tank by rotating a kneading rotor. In the recovery device, a tubular air bag capable of expanding and contracting is connected to the side surface of the surrounding wall of the kneading tank with a ventilation chute between the air bag and the surrounding wall, the surrounding wall surrounding the periphery of a pressurized lid rising/lowering path.

  • Patent number: 9394145
Abstract: A method and device are provided for lifting and conveying bale rubber from a pallet. The method may include rotationally driving a plurality of claws about a support shaft inside a claw housing case and gripping the bale rubber by protruding the plurality of claws from the case and piercing the plurality of claws into the upper surface of the bale rubber while the case is abutted against the bale rubber. A contact sensor may be provided for detecting contact of the case with the bale rubber, and with a contact signal thereof, a grip safety mechanism of the drive mechanism is disabled to allow the claws to be driven. Furthermore, a press sensor that detects a pressing load applied to the transfer place of the bale rubber may be provided so as to provide a release safety mechanism that allows gripping of the bale rubber to be released.

  • Patent number: 8764274
Abstract: A kneading machine is provided having a kneading tank with kneading rotors therein and a stocking opening. The kneading machine may also include a pressurizing lid for opening and closing the kneading tank and an inner-pressure cover. The kneading tank is capable of inverting in a range of 90° to 120° for discharging the kneaded materials. A front wall defining the stocking opening may be attached so as to be suspended downward from the kneading tank by a hinge when the kneading tank is inverted. The kneading machine may also include a capturing apparatus with a duct connected to the inner-pressure cover to capture powder compound jetted into the inner-pressure cover, and the powder compound captured in a filter of the capturing apparatus can be collected into the kneading tank.

  • Patent number: 7354187
Abstract: A rubber kneading machine obviates an operator having to touch rubber on a rotating roll surface to perform a rubber kneading operation, permits unattended operation, is intrinsically safe, improves a rubber kneading process productivity, secures stable quality of kneaded rubber, and allows a closed rubber supplying mechanism to be easily opened and exposed for easy cleaning. The rubber kneading machine includes two horizontal rolls closely disposed vertically, decelerators and variable speed motors rotating the rolls at different speeds, and a screw extruder supplying a rubber lump fed into a hopper at a proximal end to the rolls. A rubber circulating mechanism constructed mainly of a scraper and a belt conveyor, or a belt conveyor above the upper roll, feeds a rubber sheet, which has left the rolls, to the hopper. A mechanism releasing the screw extruder makes it possible to open and expose closed portions to facilitate cleaning.
