  • Publication number: 20180316252
Abstract: The invention relates to a process for manufacturing a waterproof magneto-rotor (1) made of rare-earth elements, to be used in a synchronous electric motor having a rotor (2) with a permanent magnet and wherein the rotor (2) is solidly fixed to a shaft (3). The process comprises the following phases: a first phase of coating the rotor (2) with a first inner protective layer (12) obtained by a first injection moulding phase; a second phase of coating the first inner protective layer (12) of the rotor (2) with a second outer protective layer (14) obtained by a second injection moulding phase; at least one annular protective barrier (15) being shaped on at least one or both the opposed end surfaces of the rotor (2) during the first injection moulding phase, for preventing water or humidity from seeping between the first inner protective layer (12) and the second outer protective layer (14).

  • Patent number: 9970433
Abstract: Method for automatically controlling a pumping station of a fluid circulation system with flowrate control valves, comprising the following control steps which are cyclically repeated: (b) driving said pumping station in accordance with a set curve belonging to a group of predefined driving curves; (c) monitoring over time the variation in flowrate of fluid circulating in the system at the pumping station, or a parameter related thereto; (d) if, during the monitoring step (c), the variation in flowrate exceeds or falls below a control threshold and if said condition is maintained for a stabilization time, (e) modifying the set driving curve, replacing it with another curve from the plurality of driving curves; and (f) reinitializing the monitoring step (c) from a new working point reached by the pumping station.

  • Publication number: 20180045208
Abstract: The invention relates to an improved electric motor for a fluid circulator comprising a permanent magnet rotor (2), a stator (3), in which a supporting and containing hollow body (4) for the rotor (2) is housed, an impeller (5), a shaft (6) of the electric motor kinematically coupled to the rotor (2) and to the impeller (5) for activating the impeller (5) in rotation. Advantageously, the rotor (2) comprises an axial thrust bearing member (7; 10), made of anti-friction material and adapted for supporting axil loads produced during the fluid circulation in the circulator, said thrust bearing member being integrated inside the rotor itself, so that the thrust bearing member does not separate from the rotor during a motor disassembly.

  • Publication number: 20170317563
Abstract: The invention relates to a synchronous permanent-magnet motor preferably used in fluid driving pumps and in particular circulators for heating and/or cooling plants, of the type comprising: a stator or stator stack housed in a circulator body; a permanent-magnet rotor; an electronic control board of the circulator, installed in a casing associated with the circulator body. Advantageously a direct internal electrical connection is provided between the stator stack 11 and the electronic board so as to form a functional earthing connection terminal. This connection is obtained by means of a terminal having one end fixed to the metal structure of the stator stack and the other end connected to said electronic board.
