  • Patent number: 8272301
Abstract: An extensive apparatus includes a shaft, a sensor, a display, a sleeve and a shell. The sensor is attached to the shaft so that the sensor detects torque exerted on the shaft. The display is electrically connected to the sensor so that the value of the torque detected by the sensor is shown on the display. The sleeve includes a tunnel through which the shaft extends. The sleeve is connected to the shaft so that they can only rotate together. The shell is rotationally provided around the sleeve. The display is connected to the shell so that the display is rotational relative to the shaft and easily observable regardless of the shaft.

  • Publication number: 20120067178
Abstract: An electrical torsion wrench includes a shank, an operational head and a handle respectively mounted to two opposite ends of the shank. The handle has a first abutment formed on a distal side and radially corresponding to an axis of the shank. A stick perpendicular extends from the first abutment. An electrical displayer is rotatably sleeved on the shank and axially adjacent to the handle for the operator to easily and clear read the operating torsion value in different visual angles. The electrical displayer has a second abutment formed on a distal side thereof and abutting against the first abutment. A curved groove is laterally defined in the second abutment for receiving the stick such that the rotary range of the electrical displayer is limited.

  • Patent number: 8091438
Abstract: A torsion tool includes a body having an operating head formed thereon for driving a workpiece and a power set disposed therein. A control assembly is installed into the body and includes a seat received therein. The seat includes a microcontroller disposed therein and a sensor electrically connected to the microcontroller, wherein the sensor is disposed in the body for sensing the change of the operating torsion. A transceiver and a switch are respectively electrically connected to the microcontroller. A first conducting set is disposed in the seat. A display module is detachably received in the seat for showing torsion value. The display module includes a second conducting set electrically connected to the microcontroller of the display module, wherein the second conducting set is selectively electrically connected to the first conducting set for directly receiving the signal from the microcontroller of the seat.
