Abstract: A smart table configured to optimize hospitality management for hospitality venues. The smart table integrates communication systems, sensors, payment solutions, smart apps, mobile and embedded smart devices with cloud and big data back end solutions to create a complete ecosystem. The primary objective of this invention is to provide a fully integrated data and multimedia experience to customers, employees, and owners of hospitality venues. Hardware components include but are not limited to host servers, smart tables providing customers interactive multimedia, social media, menu selections, and payment options, and employee tablets or computers to interact with the system and customers as well. Software components include but are not limited to server management software and mobile application software and web software for users to interact with the server management software.
