Abstract: A cable stripping fixture includes a depth gauge block having a first plurality of cable openings formed therein. Each of the first plurality of cable openings is sized to receive at least a portion of a first type of cable. A guide plate is fixed to the depth gauge block and includes a second plurality of cable openings formed therethrough. Each of the second cable openings is coaxially aligned with one of the first plurality of cable openings. A blade holder of the fixture is connected to one of the depth gauge block or the guide plate, and is movable between a cutting position and a cable insertion position. A blade is fixed to the blade holder for engaging with a cable inserted into the depth gauge block and the guide plate.

Abstract: A system for mounting an electrical terminal applicator to a cassette containing a plurality of terminals is provided. The system includes a support plate for fixedly attaching to the applicator, and a yoke releasably attached to the support plate. The yoke and support plate define an attachment therebetween providing at least one degree of freedom of motion of the support plate relative to the yoke in an attached state. The yoke is further configured to be movably mounted to the cassette with at least one additional degree of freedom of motion.

Abstract: An imaging system includes a mirror and an imaging device. The mirror includes a body and a conical hole formed in the body. An inner wall surface of the conical hole is a conical mirror. The imaging device faces a first opening of the conical hole and captures an image of a product in the conical hole. A light from a side surface of the product is reflected by the conical mirror to the imaging device and the imaging device captures a side surface image of the product.

Abstract: A connector includes a housing and a flat flexible cable disposed in the housing. The housing has a base and a cover movable with respect to the base between an open position and a closed position. The cover has a body and a protrusion protruding from the body. The flat flexible cable has an insulation material and a plurality of flat flexible conductors embedded in the insulation material. The flat flexible cable has an opening extending through the insulation material. The protrusion extends through the opening and abuts the base in the closed position of the cover.

Abstract: A binding device binds a material strip reel on which a contact material strip is wound. The binding device includes a frame, a tape supply unit installed on the frame for supplying an adhesive tape, a first damper and a second damper mounted on the frame for clamping the adhesive tape, and a first roller and a second roller installed on the frame. The first roller and the second roller push and paste the adhesive tape between the first damper and the second damper onto a pair of opposite sides of the material strip reel.

Abstract: A carrier is configured to hold a product carried on a material strip during horizontal conveying of the material strip. The carrier comprises a first holding member positioned on the upper or lower side of the product on the material strip during the horizontal conveying of the material strip and extending along a conveying direction of the material strip. A first contact surface is formed on the side of the first holding member facing the product, the first contact surface is configured to contact the product during the horizontal conveying of the material strip to limit the up and down bouncing movement of the product.
