The tool string includes a shock reduction tool, which includes an anchoring tail piece axially and rotationally fixed to the at least one tubular. A universal bore hole orientation (UBHO) muleshoe sub is disposed at an upper end of the shock reduction tool. A downhole electronics package coupled to the UBHO muleshoe sub.
