Abstract: A power tool handle is selectively connectable to a power tool head. The power tool handle includes a grip portion defining a longitudinal axis, and a motor housed within the handle and including a drive shaft driven by the motor, the drive shaft mounted for rotation within the handle and defining an axis of rotation substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the handle. The power tool handle also includes a trigger disposed proximate the grip portion for actuating the motor, and a button movable in a direction defining an axis substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis to a first position when the tool head is coupled to the handle and to a second position when the tool head is removed from the handle. In the first position, the trigger can actuate the motor, and in the second position, the trigger is inhibited from actuating the motor.

Abstract: A door lock installation kit for use with a first standard door width and a second standard door width, each door having a side face and a front face includes a side hole guide including a side hole aperture arranged to abut the side face of the door, a guide housing movably coupled to the side hole guide, and a back housing movably coupled to the side hole guide and arranged such that the back housing and the guide housing are movable to clamp the door and position the guide housing to abut the front face of the door. A front hole guide includes a front hole guide aperture and is movably coupled to the guide housing and movable to one of a first position corresponding to a first door backset and a second position corresponding to a second door backset.

The second end of the armature protrudes from the open second end of the motor housing without being supported by the open second end of the motor housing. The electric motor also includes a second bearing coupled to the second end of the armature. The motor housing is supportable by a first portion of the power tool housing. The second bearing is supportable by a second portion of the power tool housing.

Abstract: A door lock locator configured to attach to a door having a latch edge and to locate the door lock in relation to a strike plate. The door lock locator includes an edge wall having an edge hole locator, a first wall extending from the edge wall and including a bore hole locator, a second wall extending from the edge wall and cooperating with the first wall to attach the door lock locator to the door. The door lock locator also includes a strike plate locator coupled to one of the edge wall, the first wall, and the second wall. The strike plate locator has a protrusion that selectively engages the strike plate to locate the edge hole locator and the bore hole locator.

Abstract: An energy-efficient and compact battery charger. The battery charger includes, among other things, a charging port, a power supply module, a battery charger control module or controller, a power control safety module, a battery charger switch, and an indicator. The controller, the power control safety module, and the battery charger switch work in conjunction with each other to control the operation of the battery charger. The controller is configured to execute a charging control process which detects the insertion of a battery pack into the charging port, controls the charging of the battery pack, and controls the illumination or display of the indicator. The power control safety module includes a power control safety circuit that is configured to prevent the charging current and/or the charging voltage from damaging the battery charger or battery pack during a malfunction.
