Abstract: The invention relates to methods and devices of distributing data content in an Information Centric Networking (ICN) network where access of a wireless communication device publishing the data content is transferred from a source access point serving wireless communication device to a target access point. In an aspect of the invention, a method performed by a source access point (102) is provided for distributing data content in an ICN network (112) where access of a wireless communication device (103) publishing the data content is transferred from the source access point (102) serving the wireless communication device (103) to a target access point (104).

Abstract: The described messaging arrangement for delivering communication messages to recipients in a communication system comprises a number of messaging servers (201-204), a common message store (205) and a dispatcher (206). The messaging servers (201-204) are able to receive a message destined to a recipient, to store the message in the common message store and to inform the dispatcher of the received message that has been stored in the common message store. The dispatcher is then arranged to decide which messaging server to invoke for delivery of the message to the recipient. This decision could be made based on delivery preferences of the recipient. Thereafter, the dispatcher invokes the messaging server that has been decided to deliver the message, and the decided messaging server retrieves and delivers the message to the recipient. If necessary, the decided messaging server adapts the message to a message type handled by the decided messaging server.
Abstract: A party is identified with a network independent address. That address is linked to a plurality of network specific addresses. In the context of originating a communication toward that party, the network independent address is used as the dialed address. A context for the origination, which identifies the type of communication being originated (for example, voice call, data call, e-mail, and the like) and/or the network over which the originated communication is to occur, is included with the network independent address in the origination. The network independent address is used to identify the plurality of associated network specific addresses, and the context is used to select a certain one of those network specific addresses. The selected network specific address is then used to route the origination to the party. Completion of the origination using the selected network address may be controlled by either the network or terminal.
