Abstract: A method and system for providing a virtual platform for sharing information is disclosed. The method for providing virtual platform comprises deploying a hotspot system at a hotspot access point, identifying one or more users at the hotspot access point, determining identification information associated with a user device, establishing a connection between the user device and the hotspot system and providing a virtual platform for sharing information on successful identification of the user device. The hotspot tracks the user activities, identifies user specific attributes based on the user activities, generates one or more communities for the user based on the user specific attributes, sends notifications to the one or more users of similar attributes to join the community and creates a virtual platform for providing interactive information sharing.

Abstract: The various embodiments herein provide a method and system for providing location based content delivery by embedding a hidden data in a multimedia file. The method comprises of encoding a hidden marker along with a multimedia content in the multimedia file, playing the multimedia file at a terminal of a particular location, initializing a client application pre-installed in a mobile device, recognizing and decoding the hidden marker in the multimedia file through the client application, sending the decoded hidden marker information to a central server, generating a list of postulated tasks based on the hidden marker information, sending the list of postulated tasks to the client application of the mobile device, selecting a task from the list of postulated tasks through the client application, sending the selected task information to the central server and playing the selected task at the terminal of the particular location by the central server.

Abstract: The invention provides a method and system for building contexts for mobile users by collecting information about the user and his activities through various end points of a network and also through a system specific application that transmit information to a centralized server for context generation and filtering. The contexts thus generated are analyzed statistically for utility and based on the utility, the contexts are used for sending targeted advertisements.

Abstract: The various embodiments herein provide a virtual apparel fitting system and a method for displaying the plurality of apparels virtually on the user. The virtual apparel fitting system includes an image capturing device and a digital screen. The image capturing device captures an image of a user and the digital screen recognizes one or more physical statistics of the user from the captured image. Further the user selects a plurality of apparels from the apparel library and the plurality of apparels are displayed virtually on the captured image of the user in the digital screen with a prediction on the accurate size and fit of the plurality of apparels on the user.

Abstract: The embodiments herein provide a system and a method for enhancing the appearance of the image of a user by analyzing the facial characteristics of an image of a user in real time. The system includes an image capturing device for capturing an image of a user and transmitting the captured image to the image processing unit for analyzing the facial characteristics of the image. The image processing unit includes a segmentation module and a marking module for marking the anomalies in the facial characteristics of the captured image to estimate an age of a skin in the captured image of the user. The image processing unit performs a segmentation of the face region of the image to extract the facial features to detect the skin anomalies and removes the skin anomalies to provide an enhanced image based on an estimated age of the user.
