The system comprises means for processing a data amount to accomplish a structured collection data form, means for automatically identifying documents in data warehouses comprising similar structured data forms as said structured collection data form, means for defining monitoring criteria, and means for automatically analyzing the identified documents on the basis of the defined monitoring criteria, and means for automatically archiving said analyzed documents in an electronic record keeping system.
