    Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of composite materials, and in particular to a fiber composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises: A) uniformly dispersing nanoparticles in a solvent to obtain a nanoparticle dispersion; B) uniformly spray-coating the nanoparticle dispersion on a chopped fiber nonwoven fabric, and drying the fabric to obtain a nano-modified chopped fiber nonwoven fabric; C) intercalating the nano-modified chopped fiber nonwoven fabric between fiber preforms, and subjecting the obtained material and a resin matrix to composite molding by a molding process to obtain a fiber composite material. In the present invention, firstly nanoparticles are uniformly dispersed in a solvent to obtain a nanoparticle dispersion; secondly, the chopped fiber and the nanoparticles cooperate to construct a multi-scale interlaminar toughening phase, which significantly improves the interlaminar fracture toughness of the fiber composite material.

    Abstract: Provided are a preparation method for and use of a self-assembly-based nitrogen-doped ordered porous precious metal nanomaterial. The preparation method includes: with a pyridine nitrogen-containing amphiphilic block copolymer as a structure-directing agent and a phenolic resin as a template agent, adding a precious metal precursor, inducing self-assembly by means of volatilization of a solvent, and carbonizing in an inert atmosphere to prepare the nitrogen-doped ordered porous precious metal nanomaterial. The regularity, dispersity and uniformity of the precious metal nanomaterial are achieved; the problems of migration and inactivation after agglomeration of precious metal nanoparticles are solved; the lifespan of precious metal particles is prolonged; and in addition, the ORR electro-catalytic property of the material can be improved, and the nitrogen-doped ordered porous precious metal nanomaterial can be used to prepare a cathodic oxygen reduction catalyst for a fuel cell.

    Abstract: A method for fabricating a transparent conductive oxide thin film, the method comprising the following steps: fabricating Ba1-xLaxSnO3 using a solid-phase reaction method to obtain a BLSO magnetron sputtering target material; and fabricating a BLSO thin film by means of direct deposition with argon as a sputtering gas by using a SrTiO3, MgO, LaAlO3, (La,Sr)(Al,Ta)O3(LSAT), MgAl2O4 or Al2O3 single crystal substrate and the BLSO magnetron sputtering target material, such that the transparent conductive oxide thin film is fabricate is provided. During sputtering, the temperature of the substrate is 750° C.-950° C., and the deposition pressure of the Ar gas is 25-77 Pa. The room-temperature mobility of the transparent conductive oxide thin film can reach 115 cm2/V·s, the room-temperature carrier concentration can reach 1.2×1021 cm?3, and the room-temperature conductivity can reach 14,000 S/cm.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a data readout circuit of a RRAM and a RRAM circuit. The data readout circuit of the RRAM comprises: an adaptive current sense amplifier (CSA) and a reference current generator, the adaptive CSA is configured to electrically connect to the RRAM, and the adaptive CSA is electrically connected to the reference current generator; the reference current generator is configured to generate a basic reference current; the adaptive CSA is configured to obtain a reference current according to the basic reference current and a bit-line current of the RRAM; and the adaptive CSA is configured to compare the size of the reference current and that of the bit-line current so as to read out stored data. The present disclosure can improve the problem of data readout error due to the degradation of high resistance state of the RRAM.

    Abstract: A multi-target nucleic acid detection kit for human papillomavirus (HPV) typing includes a recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) primer set, an enzyme and a buffer system for Cas12a-crRNA, and a reporter molecule that displays a signal. In the detection method, a multi-channel microfluidic chip is used as a carrier, and RPA primers are designed for corresponding regions of different HPV subtypes to allow isothermal amplification. A crRNA set is designed for amplicons of different subtypes. The crRNA recognizes an HPV target in a sample, and then activates the CRISPR-Cas12a and cuts a reporter group to release a signal, thereby achieving accurate detection on HPV subtypes. The detection method shows a high sensitivity, a low cost, and easy operations, and is expected to be widely used in the screening of HPV infection.

    Abstract: In a method for preparing silicon-on-insulator, the first etching stop layer, the second etching stop layer, and the device layer are formed bottom-up on the p-type monocrystalline silicon epitaxial substrate, where the first etching stop layer is made of intrinsic silicon, the second etching stop layer is made of germanium-silicon alloy, and the device layer is made of silicon. After oxidation, bonding, reinforcement, and grinding treatment, selective etching is performed. Through a first selective etching to p+/intrinsic silicon, the thickness deviation of the first etching stop layer on the second etching layer is controlled within 100 nm, and then through the second etching and the third etching, the thickness deviation and the surface roughness of the finally prepared silicon-on-insulator film can be optimized to less than 5 nm and less than 4 ?, respectively, so as to realize the flatness of the silicon-on-insulator film.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for partially regenerating a catalyst for methanol and/or dimethyl ether-to-olefin. The method comprises: introducing a mixed gas into a regenerated region containing a catalyst to be regenerated, and subjecting same to a partial regeneration reaction to obtain a regenerated catalyst, wherein the mixed gas contains water vapor and air; and in the regenerated catalyst, the coke content of at least part of the regenerated catalyst is greater than 1%. The method utilizes the coupling of a mixed gas of water vapor and air to activate a deactivated catalyst, selectively eliminate part of a coke deposit in the catalyst to be regenerated, and obtain a partially regenerated catalyst for methanol-to-olefin. Another aspect of the present invention is that further provided is a method for methanol and/or dimethyl ether-to-olefin by using the partially regenerated catalyst for methanol-to-olefin regenerated by means of the method.

    Abstract: An integrated method for clearance, collection and capture of internal pollutants and algae at the bottom of a lake include the following steps: selecting areas where the pollution level is high, and organic or inorganic particulate matter is prone to accumulation and carrying out trenching operations at the bottom of the lake to form a plurality of traps; and removing the sludge and algae inside the traps and clearing the sediment inside the traps, for subsequent internal pollution control when the surface-layer sludge on both sides of the traps almost fills up the traps. This method makes use of the hydrodynamic disturbances of waves formed by natural wind energy and lake currents to continuously transport sludge with a high pollution level and a small specific gravity and algae in the surface layer of the lake bottom, which are rich in organic debris, to artificially built traps.
