Abstract: A purified composition of steviol glycoside molecules is described. The composition imparts desirable taste, flavor and flavor modifying properties to food, beverages, and other consumable products.

Abstract: A beverage comprising at least one flavoring and a rice extract, a derivative thereof, or combinations thereof is provided. The beverage has a cream-like mouthfeel. A method of providing a beverage which imparts a cream-like mouthfeel is also provided. The method comprises providing a rice milk product and adding at least one flavoring to the rice milk product is also provided. A beverage comprising at least one flavoring, a thickener, and a rice extract is further provided.

Abstract: A vending machine includes a vending machine face having an access panel therein for providing access to a graphics piece in the vending machine face. The access panel is movable from a closed position prohibiting access to the graphics piece, to an open position permitting access to the graphics piece for removal of the graphics piece. The access panel allows a person to change the graphics piece without opening the vending machine door. A locking mechanism is provided for locking the access panel in the closed position. The access panel is openable by using a special key or tool which is different from the key used to open the vending machine door. This allows the vending machine owner to give someone the task of changing the graphics piece without having to worry about the security of the money inside the vault area by giving that person only the special key to the access panel instead of a key to the vending machine door.

Abstract: A refrigeration apparatus for cooling containers and food in the microgravity conditions of outer space comprising a cooler container compartment having a container cold plate therein which is contoured to the shape of sidewall portions of the cans to be cooled. The container cold plate is coated with a complient heat transfer medium such as metal-filled silicone rubber. When the lid of the cooler is closed, the containers are firmly engaged by the complient material, forming a good conductive heat transfer relationship. Extending from the container cold plate is a refrigerated food cold plate. A thermoelectric generator is disposed in a separate cabinet connected to one end of the cooler and includes thermoelectric elements and a heat sink operatively associated with both cold plates within the cooler. A freezer compartment is provided adjacent the container and food cooler compartment. A freezer cold plate thereon is connected to an additional thermoelectric generator.
