  • Patent number: 11935088
Abstract: The present disclosure involves systems, software, and computer implemented methods for automatically providing a lending offer for loyalty points based on a customer account analysis. One example method includes initiating an offer analysis for a customer account associated with a particular customer and storing an account balance and a point deficit balance. The offer analysis determines whether to provide an offer for a point loan, and is based on profile information of the customer, a current point balance, and a reward identified from the loyalty account. If an offer is to be provided, an offer for a loan of points equal to the difference between the current point balance of a loyalty account and the point value cost of the reward is transmitted to a client device of the customer. If accepted, the current point balance and the point deficit are both incremented by the amount of the offer.

  • Patent number: 11935528
Abstract: Systems, devices and methods for delivering audible alerts are described. In one aspect, an event for generating an audible alert for a user is detected. In response to detection of the event for generating the audible alert, it is determined whether an authorized audible interface device is within a threshold distance of the user based on a location of the user and a location of one or more authorized audible interface devices. In response to determining that an audible interface device is within the threshold distance of the user, alert instructions for the audible interface device are generated. The alert instructions cause the audible interface device to generate the audible alert in accordance with alert data provided in the alert instructions. The alert instructions are sent to the audible interface device over a wireless network via a communication module.

  • Patent number: 11935025
Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include computer-implemented systems, apparatuses, and processes that perform a real-time delegated approval of initiated data exchanges by network-connected devices. For example, an apparatus determines determine a value of a parameter that characterizes an exchange of data and a first data type involved in the data exchange, and generates and transmits a first signal to a communications device associated with a second data type available for use in the data exchange and associated with the first data type. The apparatus receives, from the communications device, a second signal that includes information indicative of an approval of the second data type for use in the data exchange, and in response to the received approval, the apparatus performs the data exchange using the second data type and in accordance with the parameter value.

  • Patent number: 11934297
Abstract: A system for testing applications is disclosed. The system includes one or more processors, one or more communications modules coupled to the one or more processors to enable communications between services provided by the system, and at least one memory coupled to the one or more processors. The at least one memory stores computer executable instructions to enable a plurality of virtualized test services, each virtualized test service at least in part emulating dependent server responses to application operations. The instructions enable a load-balancing service for communication with the plurality of virtualized test services, and test an application based on a load, by directing the application to interact with the plurality of virtualized test services that are available, while avoiding communicating with the dependent servers during testing. The load-balancing service balances the testing of the application between the plurality of virtualized test services that are available.
