Patents Assigned to Thomas Regout N.V.
  • Patent number: 5181782
Abstract: A telescopic rail mainly consisting of three, substantially C-shaped sections of which the inner or drawer section (3) is slidably mounted in the intermediate section (2) with interposition of a first ball cage and the intermediate section (2) is slidably mounted in the outer or cabinet section (1) with interposition of a second ball cage (7). Mounted at one end of the intermediate section (2) is a stop block (5) with resilient fingers (13) which can be brought into a coupling position wherein the inner section (3) is coupled to the intermediate section (2) and into a pass position wherein the inner section (3) can move independently of the intermediate section (2).

  • Patent number: 4953990
Abstract: An overextensible, three-piece telescopic guide comprising an outer or housing bar (1), a middle bar (2) and an inner or drawer bar (3). The bars are slidable relatively to each other by two ball cages (4,5) respectively mounted between the housing bar and the middle bar and between the middle bar and the drawer bar. For the purpose of locking the bars (1,2,3) in the direction of extension, loose sliding buffers (6,7) are mounted at both ends of the two ball cages (4,5) which sliding buffers are slidable within the corresponding bars and lock the middle and the drawer bars (2,3) in both extended end positions by end stops (12,14).At each end (10) of the middle bar (2) a substantially triangular tilting member (8) is mounted, by which the guide's movement in the direction of extension is defined so that the drawer bar (2) and the middle bar (3) first move jointly outwardly until the middle bar (2) has reached its end position.

  • Patent number: 4194793
Abstract: A telescoping guide rail construction comprising a plurality of telescoping rails, generally U-shaped in cross-section, and balls between the rails running in concave ball races formed by integral mouldings of adjacent rails. At least one of the integral mouldings is formed by a portion of a flange bent over at the end of a leg of one of the rails and bent back at least substantially into contact with the leg concerned. In order to resist deformative effects from the rolling action of the balls on their races in use, the free end of the curved-back portion of the flange is bent back towards the leg concerned to form a terminal edge bearing with its extremity on the leg in the vicinity of the base thereof.
