    Abstract: An eyeglass attachment, for example a tinted lens, is provided with a circumferential groove which is engaged by a tension thread. A plurality of clips are mounted on the tension thread so as to be resiliently biased against the edge of the lens. The clips have outwardly extending arms with projections which engage the opposite sides of the frame of an eyeglass on which the tinted lens is to be installed.
