Abstract: A traffic marking paint having an excellent drying property comprising a non-aqueous resin dispersion, a filler and a pigment. The traffic paint can be used with or without glass beads, and can be quickly dried without remaining the inside portion of the coated paint layer in the undried state.
Abstract: A process for producing a paper container having high impermeability to liquid comprising spray coating a polymerizable solution containing a prepolymer, photosensitizer and/or reactive diluent onto a wall surface of previously fabricated paper containers, allowing the prepolymer and/or reactive diluent to polymerize by an ultraviolet irradiation to thereby form a liquid impermeable coating on the wall surface of the container.

Abstract: Shaped aluminum bars fresh from an extruder machine are coated with a specific organopolysiloxane composition while remaining uncooled and staying at temperatures not lower than about 250.degree. C, or at a temperature between about 550.degree. and 250.degree. C. The thus coated aluminum bars are then, preferably, subjected to annealing. The coatings formed on the surfaces of the aluminum materials have a superior resistance to attack by chemicals, weather, stains and heat as well as excellent adhesion and mechanical properties.

Abstract: A process for forming a polyolefin coating layer onto a surface of a metal which comprises coating an uncured epoxy resin layer onto the surface of a metal and melt-bonding a polyolefin modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or an anhydride thereof onto the uncured epoxy resin layer coated onto said metal surface. The coating layer has a high bonding strength and excellent water resistance, especially resistance against brine.
