    Abstract: The invention discloses a slope one-way loading rutting test device, wherein the upper part of a loading frame is slidably connected with an upper cross beam of a frame through a loading frame rotating assembly, and a variable speed motor and a runner wheel are embedded in the lower part of the loading frame. The variable speed motor is in transmission connection with the runner wheel to realize one-way continuous loading of the runner wheel on a test piece. The lower part of a bearing frame is slidably connected with a lower cross beam of a frame through a bearing frame rotating assembly, a test piece mounting frame and a height adjusting device are sequentially embedded into the upper part of the bearing frame from top to bottom, and the height of the test piece mounting frame is adjusted through the height adjusting device.

    Abstract: A method for testing a lifetime of a surface state carrier of a semiconductor, including the following steps, 1) a narrow pulse light source is used to emit a light pulse, and coupled to an interior of a near-field optical probe, and the near-field optical probe produces a photon-generated carrier on a surface of a semiconductor material under test through excitation. 2) The excited photon-generated carrier is concentrated on the surface of the semiconductor material, and recombination is conducted continuously with a surface state as a recombination center. 3) A change in a lattice constant is produced due to an electronic volume effect, a stress wave is produced, and a signal of the stress wave is detected in a high-frequency broadband ultrasonic testing mode. 4) Fitting calculation is conducted on the signal of the stress wave to obtain the lifetime of the surface state carrier ?c.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for strengthening a biological manganese oxidation using a magnetic field and use thereof. The method includes steps of inoculating a manganese-oxidizing microorganism into a culture medium containing Mn2+, performing magnetization treatment in a culture process, and then collecting a biogenic manganese oxide. The method includes steps of performing a primary magnetic field treatment at a magnetic field intensity of 0.2-50 mT for 1-5 h when culturing is performed for 6-12 h, continuing culturing after the primary magnetization treatment, and performing magnetization treatment once every other 24 h for culture time of 72 h. A magnetic field is applied to accelerate an oxidation rate of a manganese-oxidizing microorganism to Mn2+and a biological manganese oxidation rate is respectively improved by 36.4% and 23.8% under an action of an alternating magnetic field or a constant magnetic field within 72 h.
