Abstract: The present invention provides an automatic casting device for a lens monomer and a process thereof. When the lens monomer within a mold cavity reaches a liquid level monitoring point P, the cavity is exactly 50% filled with the lens monomer. The remaining of the casting process will be precisely controlled based on the obtained data from the past process to ensure an exact 100% monomer filling into the cavity.
Abstract: The invention provides a good inking quality and high inking efficiency lens digital inking device in drum layout. It includes a rotating unit, a lens height adjustment unit, invisible mark recognition unit and print head, utilizing the rotating circumference of the same drum, to completely or partially compensating for the curvature of the front surface of the lens, making the distance between print head to the center or edge of the lens edge reduced, which improves the print quality. This invention is suitable for all kinds of lens inking.

Abstract: This invention discloses a handheld apparatus for measuring surface power or radius of prescription ophthalmic spectacle lenses, optical lenses or molds blocked with or without chuck during Rx production, and after comparing measurement results with designed data, providing correction data to the processing machines via wireless connection for correction processing if needed. The handheld apparatus integrates an optical measurement head into a monolithic optical system.
