Abstract: The present invention relates to an arrangement (1) to support the front end (2A) of a trailer (2) when the aforementioned trailer is parked on board vessels (3) and other vehicles, comprising connecting means (4, 5) for the detachable attachment of the support (1) respectively to a 10 trailer of the kind in question and to a mobile loading vehicle (6). The support in this case is in the form of a stand (1) with support legs (7, 8) situated at a mutual distance (A) from one another and with a crossbar (9) extending between them. Tensioning devices (12, 13), such as straps, lines, ropes or chains, are capable of being accumulated internally inside the support stand (1). These are so arranged as to be capable of detachable attachment to the deck (10) of the vessel and of being tensioned. The legs (7, 8) of the support stand exhibit friction-increasing means (51) to increase the friction with the deck (10) of a vessel.
Abstract: The present invention relates to an arrangement for a Ro—Ro vessel, which exhibits a number of cargo-receiving spaces provided with a driving surface internally in the vessel, and with a ramp extending between one such space and a quay, along which ramp driverless cargo handling vehicles (7), known as AGV vehicles, are capable of being driven between designated parking places for the purpose of transporting cargo between the quay and the aforementioned cargo-receiving space of the vessel. Means (9) are provided for causing the cargo handling vehicles (7) to be guided between the aforementioned spaces and the quay and into the intended train of vehicles in the designated location in a line (II) and without connecting the cargo handling vehicles (7) to one another.
Abstract: The invention relates to an arrangement for a cargo handling system which is arranged for use on board a ship. Long lane dividers, which are in the form of profiles, are so arranged as to be laid out on the deck of a ship along the longitudinal extent of the intended desired cargo lane. Attachment devices matching existing standard openings in the deck and capable of being introduced vertically into these attach the lane dividers to the deck. At least a number of the aforementioned lane dividers exhibit recesses to accommodate locking devices for the purpose of locking a cargo securely to them.

Abstract: An arrangement for locking cargo to a deck on board a ship is described. Lateral dividing profiles, which are arranged on and secured to the deck, and which form loading lanes, have lock accommodating openings to accept rotatable and movable locking devices from lockable loads (trailer supports and cargo cassettes) capable of being parked in the cargo lanes. Present on the loads is a mechanism, which is connected to the locking device for the purpose of locking or releasing the loads, in conjunction with a cargo vehicle, which can be driven between the lanes, is so arranged as to actuate the mechanism when the cargo vehicle passes the mechanism.
