  • Publication number: 20090209928
Abstract: An absorbent article in which a plurality of absorbent components is layered, and the absorbent component on top is peeled off after use. The article is configured to inhibit twisting or wrinkling during use. In the absorbent article, the upper absorbent component is layered on the skin-facing surface of the bottom absorbent component and peelably bonded by the temporal adhesive member. The bottom absorbent component has higher flexural rigidity than the upper absorbent component, and the compression recovery rate of the bottom absorbent component is also set so as to be higher than that of the upper absorbent component. It is thereby possible to prevent the bottom absorbent component from twisting and wrinkling when the upper absorbent component is placed against the discharge area, and after the upper absorbent component is peeled off, the volume of the bottom absorbent component is restored, and comfort during contact thereof with the discharge area is improved.

  • Publication number: 20090172904
Abstract: A cleaning tool comprises a cleaning body in which non-woven fabrics and fiber bundles are laminated onto each other. In the cleaning body, the fiber bundles disposed on the outer surface of a cylindrical part in which the holding part of a holder is stored include fiber extending areas in which a plurality of fibers extend parallel with each other in a predetermined direction. These fiber extending areas form a second cleaning portion.

  • Publication number: 20080124996
Abstract: A composite sheet that has a low basis weight and can inhibit adhesives from flowing out is provided. The composite sheet 1 according to the present invention is formed by bonding a stretchable nonwoven fabric 2 and a non-stretchable nonwoven fabric 3 to each other with adhesives 4. The stretchable nonwoven fabric 2 in an extended state is bonded to the non-stretchable sheet. The stretchable nonwoven fabric 2 has a plurality of strip-shaped non-dense regions 21 and a plurality of strip-shaped dense regions 22 formed on both its surfaces alternately and alternately in the transverse direction such that the dense regions 22 on one of the surfaces and the dense regions 22 on the other surface are not overlapped with each other. The stretchable nonwoven fabric 2 includes thermoplastic fibers that have been stretched at least partially and elastomer fibers.

  • Patent number: 5897546
Abstract: A disposable diaper has a fastening system comprising tape fasteners and a receiving sheet. The tape fasteners extend outward from transversely opposite side edges of a rear region 6 of the diaper. These tape fasteners are releasably fastened to the receiving sheet intermittently bonded by means of adhesive to an outer surface of a backsheet of the diaper. A color of the adhesive can be seen through the receiving sheet and serves as a positioning indicator when the tape fasteners are fastened to the receiving sheet.
