Abstract: A production method for molding includes a. a first molding: depending on a shape to be molded, implementing a die feed-in on soft cloth, with the plastic that is injected in being fused and set with the cloth, for serving as a substrate layer; b. punching and trimming: punching and trimming the plastic that has been set to form a base; c. a second molding: implementing a second die feed-in on the base of a shaped product, with the injected-in plastic being fused and set with a surface of the base, to form the needed shape; d. tailoring and trimming: tailoring and trimming an edge interface between two layers of the assembled plastic to form a shaped product of a double-layer plastic on the soft cloth.
Abstract: A mold coding device and method for providing identifying information on a molded part. The surface of the molded part having at least one multiple identifying information element formed in the molded part and a pointing means on the molded part for selecting the identifying information elements.
Abstract: A buckle assembly having a male buckle member and a female buckle member. The male buckle member contains an engaging means for engagement with the female portion and a male strap receiving means for coupling to a first strap. The female buckle member contains a receiving volume for engaging with the male buckle section and a female strap receiving means positioned on the bottom or top of the receiving volume and substantially along its open engaging end so that when the male and female buckle members are engaged and locked the female strap receiving means substantially abuts an interface section of the male buckle member causing the first and second strap to be in close proximity.
Abstract: A method of assembling a plastic locking device with a surface material, wherein a side-open female button, riveting elements and a surface material are assembled, which includes the steps of: providing through holes on peripheries of the female button, and providing a protruded locking slot on a plate body of the female button; providing holes on the surface material; overlapping the through holes of the female button on the holes of the surface material; transfixing the riveting elements into the through holes of the female button and the holes of the surface material; and using a punch pin to pressurize and rivet for riveting and connecting the female button with the surface material thereby firmly assembling the female button to the surface material.
Abstract: A connection system for securing two articles to each other having two connectors, each of connectors includes a base plate with a center point and identical inter-engaging sections with at least one male component and at least one female component. Also provided is a connection region for securing the connector to an article. Male and female components are radially disposed equidistant around the center point of the base plate and the connection region is disposed circumferentially around the male and female components. The connectors are engaged by rotating each connector such that the male and female components of each connector interlock with each other.
