Abstract: The present invention relates to an LED lighting module for a low street light, installed at a low height on the periphery of a road or a median strip, to illuminate light in a direction crossing the road, and to an LED lens provided on the LED lighting module. When using the LED lighting module for the low streetlight and the LED lens, according to one embodiment of the present invention, streetlight can be installed at a low height thereby reducing the cost for streetlight installation, glare on a car driver can be prevented by evenly lighting the road in the horizontal direction while deflecting downward, and the loss of light can be minimized.
