  • Patent number: 9566740
Abstract: A bend fixture for bending a medium pipe comprises a body part comprising a tubular support to receive a section of a medium pipe therein, an inner bend support to allow the medium pipe to be bent about the inner bend support, and an outer bend support to support the medium pipe from an outer side of the bend to keep the medium pipe bent. The outer bend support is coupled to the body part via a hinge and is turnable between an open position to allow the section of the medium pipe in substantially straight state to be inserted into the tubular support, and a closed position to keep the medium pipe bent about the inner bend support. The bend fixture comprises a pipe coupling arrangement for coupling together the outer bend support, in its open position, and the medium pipe outside the section in the tubular support.

  • Patent number: 8650737
Abstract: An elongated product is formed such that first a core is formed, the outer surface of the core being made of plastic. Thereafter, a tubular metal layer is extruded such that the layer is seamless. When the metal layer is extruded, a clearance is allowed between the metal layer and the core. After the metal layer has cooled, the diameter of the metal layer is reduced such that the metal layer contacts the plastic core. Thereafter, the metal is annealed such that the flexibility of the metal layer increases.

  • Publication number: 20130344746
Abstract: A system and method for connecting a number of network devices together in a daisy chain configuration is disclosed. A connector device comprising a number of cable interfaces for a cable is used to allow a number of network devices connected to a network to be connected in a free-form manner, yet still maintain a daisy chain configuration. A cable comprising at least two conductors, wherein the conductors are preferably a twisted pair of copper wire, is used to connect the network devices, so that each network device only has a single cable connected to it. Additional network devices can be added to the network by simply connecting the additional network device into the existing network with the use of an additional cable and an additional connector device. Wherever the additional network device is added to the existing network, the network will be maintained in a daisy chain configuration.
