Abstract: A double-walled panel of transparent synthetic material for use in greenhouses and for similar purposes has opposite open ends closed by flanges. Before closing the ends, internal rib walls are recessed in such a way that transverse connections are formed in the closed double-walled panel through the rib walls, and through which a liquid medium may be distributed to individual channels of the double-walled panel.

Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed for dispensing open-topped flanged containers such as propagation pots and the like from rows of pot stacks for individually locating the pots on a tray. The pot stacks of each row depend between parallel resiprocable support bars provided with opposite, laterally extending shoulders vertically staggered along their length, the shoulders each supporting a pot stack via the top flanges of the lowermost pot thereof. The upper ones of the shoulders have pointed wedge shaped ends that enter in between the top flanges of the two lowermost pots of the stack upon longitudinal motion of the support bars, thus separating the lowermost pot from the stack and taking over the supporting of the stack from the adjacent lower shoulder. Each lower shoulder terminates in a pointed end sloping down below the pointed wedge end of the adjacent upper shoulder to thereby enhance the separating action.

Abstract: A device for stamping soil into groups of growth pots positioned in abutting relationship on a table or the like, which device comprises a roller means provided with longitudinally and circumferentially evenly spaced stamping pegs, the spacing between each peg exactly corresponding to the spacing between the pots on the table, said roller means rotatably supported in a holder and said holder provided with a rodlike handle means.

Abstract: A means on a packing machine for closing containers with lids provided with complementary press-button snap-lock means, of the kind whereby the containers are advanced one after one on a conveyor belt or the like. Above said belt is arranged a rotor wheel provided with compression means for successive locking of said press-button means during the passage of the container on the belt. The compression means is pivotably suspended in the rotor wheel about a transverse axis parallel with the rotor wheel axis operative to that said compression means may pivot relative to the wheel and thereby be subjected to positional adjustment relative to the press-button means prior to and during the locking operation of same.
