  • Publication number: 20100028189
Abstract: A rotary pump includes a stator having a chamber delimited by a circumferential wall, a cylindrical rotor tangent to the circumferential wall of the chamber and suitable for being driven in rotation around an axis eccentric with respect to the chamber, and at least a vane diametrically traversing the rotor by delimiting in the rotor two half shells, mutually separated by the walls guiding the vane. The two half shells are hollow, and inside these hollow half shells are housed elastic leaf springs forming one-way valves with respect to four passageways formed in the half shells; the discharge of the air-oil mixture takes place, after a centrifugation and a partial recycling, through passageways, also in the case of a counter rotation of the pump. This configuration allows a bidirectional use of the same rotor.

  • Publication number: 20090104063
Abstract: A rotor (1-3) moulded of plastic material, intended for rotary installation in a cavity of a pump body and for reception of one or more vanes forming the pumping members, characterized in that at least a part of the surfaces thereof, intended to undergo sliding displacements against other pump members, is covered by at least one metallic foil (4) caused to adhere to the subjacent surface of plastic material. The metallic foil can consist of a steel sheet or an aluminum alloy sheet, intended for reducing the resistances to the sliding as well as for mechanically reinforcing the rotor. The metallic foil can be fastened to the plastic material body (1) of the rotor by a co-moulding operation, or it can be mechanically fixed to the body (1) of the rotor moulded of plastic material.

  • Publication number: 20090071778
Abstract: A valve intended to disconnect, in specific circumstances, the braking of the front wheels, and/or of a trailer whose braking system is connected through a trailer braking valve, for the braking system of a farm tractor or similar vehicle which comprises two master cylinders, operated by two separate braking pedals, directly controlling the braking of the rear wheels, and controlling the braking of the front wheels and/or the braking device of the trailer through the disconnection valve. The disconnection valve includes a body, a first and second inlet connections connected to the two master cylinders, and a delivery connection connected to a braking circuit of the front wheels and/or to the trailer brake valve. The valve body has a bore wherein is installed one movable piston subjected to the action of pressure applied to the first inlet connection.

  • Publication number: 20080230343
Abstract: A device for controlling the activation of an apparatus by a motor, intended to be inserted between, the operation output of the motor and the operation input of the apparatus whose activation is to be controlled. The device includes: —a blade pump having a rotor, at least one blade carried by this rotor and a rotary body forming a pumping chamber missing an outlet, and one of the component parts, among the rotor and the rotary body, being connected to the operation output of the motor, whilst the other of these component parts is connected to the operation input of the apparatus to be controlled; —and a supply intended to supply liquid to the pumping chamber.

  • Publication number: 20080164113
Abstract: A braking system for a vehicle having two pairs of wheels, has two master cylinders operating as pumps, wherein each master cylinder is operated by its own brake pedal and controls the braking on one rear wheel, as well as on the front wheels through a valve for the disconnection of the front vehicle braking. Each master cylinder is of the tandem type including two sections, the first section controlling the braking of the front wheels through the valve, whereas the second section controls the braking of that rear wheel, being a part of the pair of rear wheels, which is associated with the master cylinder. The first sections of both master cylinders are supplied by a first oil reservoir and the second sections of both master cylinders are supplied by a second oil reservoir at least partially independent from the first oil reservoir.

  • Patent number: 7195467
Abstract: A fluidic machine has a fixed body, an external orbital member rotatable around a first rotational axis and internal gear teeth including a first teeth number, a transmission member rotatable around a second rotational axis, an internal orbital member supported by the transmission member, having external gear teeth including a second teeth number different from the first teeth number and meshing with the internal gear teeth of the external orbital member, thus determining among the gear teeth of the two orbital members spaces whose volume is variable during rotation. One of the orbital members is mounted axially displaceable and is pushed by an elastic push member in the direction producing a more extended engagement with the other orbital member, and a piston, mounted displaceable within the non-axially displaceable orbital member and resting against the axially displaceable orbital member, is subjected, to the pressure of the high pressure connection.
