The base includes at least one arm which is articulated at a proximal end thereof to the column in order to pivot between an open configuration and a folded configuration, and a support element which is fixed to a distal end of the arm and on which there is mounted at least one wheel which is intended to be supported on the ground when the arm is moved into the open configuration.
