The actuator body includes a first anchor body and a second anchor body. The first tension element is mounted to encircle the shaft and includes a first end and a second end. The first end of the first tension element is mounted to the first anchor body of the actuator body. The cable tensioner is mounted to the second anchor body of the actuator body and includes a tension adjuster, a second tension element, and a tension element terminator. The second tension element is mounted to the tension adjuster. The second end of the first tension element is mounted to the second tension element. The tension gauge is mounted adjacent the tension adjuster to indicate a tension of the second tension element.
