  • Patent number: 11484467
Abstract: A sealing method and corresponding compensation ring, or alternately called a load washer, for use in portable spas or bath tubs that can be installed as part of an assembly when attaching fittings that go through a hole in a spa wall. The method and ring are used to compensate for the uneven surface of spa walls and the necessity that the fitting assembly provides that the fitting chosen sits parallel with the inside of the spa wall regardless of the shape of the surface of the wall, whether it is uniform or not. The fitting fits between a nut and the back/plumbing side of the spa wall with the fitting of choice and securing gasket being inserted into the assembly on the front/aesthetic/water side of the spa wall.

  • Patent number: 10224623
Abstract: A system and apparatus for providing improved wi-fi controls to a spa that includes a specialized antenna housing for attachment through the wall of an existing spa, away from the body of water, other electronics as well as other interfering solid obstacles. The housing attaches to the electronics inside of the spa through a connector and a cable. The antenna is housed inside of the specialized housing and is equipped with electronic controls that can provide indicator LEDs visible from the outside of the spa wall. The specialized housing terminates in a flat surface for the LEDs to emanate from or for a wi-fi logo to be placed. • Patent number: 10130553
Abstract: An occupant-actuated massager for a hydrotherapy vessel. The massager jet has an actuation point at which the occupant applies force to cause the pressurized water to flow therethrough and provide a massage via a shuttle. A valve piston is actuated to open and close based on the application of force to the actuation point. Optionally, a venturi can be used to introduce air into the water flow to provide further massage.

  • Patent number: 9808398
Abstract: A hydrotherapy shuttle jet apparatus that provides for the movement of a movable shuttle wherein the movable shuttle reciprocates back and forth along the center axis of the jet apparatus with the application of pressurized water flow wherein the movable shuttle has a specific shape and size as to move within a cavity in the jet that is held in place through the force of the eddy currents created by the pressurized water flow. The shuttle is able to maintain its position substantially centered on the center axis.

  • Patent number: 9573038
Abstract: A variable speed swim spa system wherein the user can choose between a combination of speeds with two or more pumps connected through a manifold to one or more swim jets. Check valves are used on all but the first pump to prevent backflow of water effluent and can be placed inside the manifold or between the pumps and the manifold. A user interface attached to electronic controls and operating software allow the user to program his preferred speeds with the one more jets using the two or more pumps.

  • Patent number: 9027848
Abstract: An apparatus that includes two separate reservoirs wherein the first reservoir is molded into the body of the larger artificial body of water and filled using a standard pump from the main body of water. From the larger body of water, the water is then moved upward through the apparatus through the manual opening of a valve assembly. Once the valve assembly is opened, the water moves through the valve assembly and through a grate and into a second reservoir. From this second reservoir, the water is pulled by the force gravity over the spillway into the main body of water, creating a clean, sheer waterfall effect.
