    Abstract: A display device is disclosed herein for releasably holding graphic or other materials or articles including a U-shaped base adapted for supporting attachment to a tool box, table or the like and the base retaining a pair of material or article support rods having one end of each rod secured to the base. The pair of rods upwardly extend in diverging relationship and slidably support a spring biased clip on each rod for releasably retaining the materials or articles intended to be displayed.
