Abstract: The present invention proposes a baseball bat, which comprises a hollow handle region extending along an axis and including a connection section; and a barrel region extending along the axis and connected with the connection section. The barrel region has thermoset resin layers and at least one flexible chain polymer layer, which exists within the thermoset resin layers, so that the barrel region does not harden after shape forming. The barrel region of the baseball bat can absorb vibration during batting and improve the stability of the batted ball.

Abstract: A golf club head is formed with openings respectively on top and bottom sides thereof and a circumferential recessed groove is formed in the club head along a circumference of each opening. Pegs are formed in and spaced along the circumferential grooves. A faceplate and a bottom plate are provided, each having a circumferential edge along which notches are formed in a spaced manner to correspond to the pegs. Thus, when the faceplate and the bottom plate are received in the top and bottom openings respectively to be supported by the circumferential grooves, the notches respectively snugly fit over the pegs to thereby securely and properly hold the faceplate and the bottom plate in position for subsequently welding operation. Thus, the subsequent welding operation can be carried out in a smooth manner without any underside shifting of the faceplate and bottom plate with respect to the club head.

Abstract: The present invention provides a golf club head of heterogeneous metals, which includes a main body having a front side forming a fitting cavity to which a striking face plate made of a metal having a specific weight less than nine is fit and a bottom side which is enclosed by a sole member made of a metal having a specific weight great than twelve to thereby lower the gravity center of the club head to ensure stability of ball striking and also reduce the area on which welding operation is carried out so as to effectively reduce the manufacturing costs.

Abstract: A golf club head includes a hitting face and a changeable zone formed on a surface of the hitting face and having a physical feature different from that of the hitting face. Thus, all part or partial of the changeable zone of the hitting face has a hardness different from that of the hitting face, so that when the changeable zone is harder than the hitting face, the golf club head provides a greater hitting force on the golf ball due to the greater hardness of the changeable zone to increase the travel distance of the golf ball, and when the changeable zone is softer than the hitting face, the travel direction of the golf ball is controlled by the golf club head to facilitate a user controlling the travel direction the golf ball.

Abstract: A bat includes a hollow handle, a head portion mounted on a first end of the handle, a tail portion mounted on a second end of the handle, and an elastic plate mounted in an inside of the handle. Thus, when the handle hits a ball, the elastic plate is deformed by the impact force applied by the ball, so that the elastic plate produces a reaction bouncing force to the handle to maintain the stiffness and strength of the handle and to enhance the hitting force of the handle so as to strike the ball exactly, thereby enhancing the striking effect of the handle efficiently.
