Abstract: A computing system, method and non-transitory computer readable memory are provided, to assist an agent during a client interaction between the agent and a client over a communications channel. An agent station may generate a graphic user interface (GUI) of the client interaction during the client interaction, the GUI displaying a current identified keyword and one or more interaction phases, each interaction phase having a respective current phase score for the client interaction. A keyword and associated keyword information from the client interaction may be received, including phase and corresponding phase score information, and the GUI updated with the currently identified keyword and newly received phase information accounting for the received corresponding phase score information. A situation report may be generated for a designated party, the situation report including an agent identification, and client interaction information including comments entered by the agent relating to the client interaction.

Abstract: An emergency location server may receive push location messages from a handset as the handset initiates a call to a public safety answering point (PSAP). The PSAP may request the location information from the location server by identifying the MSISDN of the handset. If the push message does not contain an MSISDN, the location server may send a message, e.g. SRI-SM message, to the home network of the handset to retrieve the MSISDN and associate the MSISDN with the location information in the push location message. This enables the location server to provide location responses to the PSAP even when the handset is unaware of its MSISDN.

Along with this, terminal information of a mobile terminal is transmitted from a telephone network to a telephone exchange apparatus of a company. The telephone exchange apparatus checks the terminal information of a call originator mobile terminal for which an outgoing call is reserved via the Internet against call originating terminal information arrived via the telephone network, and when the call originator terminal information arrived via the telephone network can be authenticated, the reserved call destination terminal is called with the company exchange apparatus as a call originator. When a user calls a customer from his/her mobile terminal phone, a telephone number of the personal mobile terminal is not displayed on a call destination terminal. Further, no troublesome operation for callback is required, and the communication cost charged to a company is reduced.

A mobile device initiates TCP/IP requests to a MRCP Gateway Server over at least one of the wireless and mobile broadband capabilities of the mobile device. The MRCP Gateway Server includes TCP/IP-based ingress, and the MRCP Gateway Server is arranged in front of the at least one Media Resource Server. The Media Resource Server supports MRCP communication. A secure channel may be established between the mobile device and MRCP Gateway Server, and the mobile device may pass authorization credentials, media resource requirements, and additional user-defined data to the MRCP Gateway Server over the secure channel.

Abstract: A system and method to support the transmission of static media, originating from an HTTP source, as a Real-Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) stream to a caching proxy. A server-side gateway accepts RTSP requests, loads a requested resource from the HTTP source, and streams requested portions of a file via RTSP. A RTSP proxy caches received portions of media to avoid re-requesting those portions. The RTSP proxy may receive a RTSP TEARDOWN command to trigger removal of cached media and passes the RTSP TEARDOWN command to the server-side gateway. Further, the server-side gateway may receive a RTSP TEARDOWN command to trigger the server-side gateway to remove media loaded from the HTTP source.
