Abstract: A method, computer program and apparatus are disclosed that include accessing client data records, such as, medical records. The method may include receiving a data file at a server sent from at least one client and including client requirements. The method may also include storing the received data file locally at the server, executing an application that scans the server to determine if any new data files have been received. The method may also include storing the copied data file in a data folder stored in a file cluster, updating a table stored in a database to indicate that a new file has been stored, deleting the locally stored file from the server, and moving files specified by the client requirements from an export folder of the file cluster to the server so that the at least one client may access the exported files.

Abstract: A Mobile Voice Self Service (MVSS) system that may include an MVSS mobile device and a client system. The system may be used to provide passive outdial support for a mobile device via WAP Push of an MVSS URL. The MVSS mobile device may have various local applications such as a bootstrap application and an outdial application. The client system may include an application server to deliver an MVSS file to the MVSS mobile device.

Abstract: Electronic documents may be large and have numerous pages, sections and areas of information that are useful to some individuals and not others. It is common for large documents to include some information that is intended for only certain recipients and other information that is intended for other recipients. One example may provide receiving a document including a number of pages, identifying a number of extraction attributes corresponding to various users identified in the document, querying the document for the extraction attributes, and creating a number of new documents corresponding to the extraction attributes.

Abstract: A method and apparatus of providing notifications to a customer is disclosed. One example method of operation may include identifying a notification event associated with a customer via a customer management module and retrieving a customer preference record and determining a notification device preference for a customer Internet protocol (IP) device included in the customer preference record. The method may also include transmitting the notification event to the customer's IP device based on the notification device preference, the notification event may include a live agent support option which may be accessed in the event that the automated support options fail to satisfy the customer's questions and concerns.

One example may include receiving a request message from a user device, identifying the request message as being a particular message type, pre-processing the request message to identify message content, and forwarding the identified message content to an active user interface. The request may be identified as a service request and processed by multiple entities prior to fulfilling the request(s).

Abstract: A method and apparatus of processing a call are disclosed. One example method may include receiving a request at a server for dealer information. The request may be initiated by a user via his or her mobile station. The example method may also include determining whether there is user preference information and user location information included in the request. The information may be used to limit the amount of search results to increase relevancy. The method may also include searching a database for at least one dealer based on the user preference information and the user location information, and transferring the at least one dealer information to the user.

Abstract: An apparatus and method apparatus and/or computer software to automate testing of a voice self service platform. In its software embodiment, the present invention comprises software that runs on the windows platform to simulate all the components of an Interactive Voice Recognition Unit (VRU). In addition this embodiment can also be used as a helper unit to test individual components of an interactive voice recognition (IVR).

For instance, an example method of operation may provide receiving a service request from a mobile device, requesting a temporary telephone number to be assigned to a subsequent call to be placed from the mobile device, creating a database record with an identifier of the mobile device and the temporary telephone number, transmitting the temporary telephone number to the mobile device, receiving an automated call to the temporary telephone number from the mobile device, and connecting the mobile device with a remote call recipient.

Abstract: In a telephone switching apparatus equipped with an automatic call recording function, when recording of a call is started, a PB signal cannot be sent by operating a button any longer. Further, a user mistakenly assumes that there is a problem because the PB signal cannot be sent. Means capable of selecting, when recording means starts recording of a call, whether a PB signal is sent or not is provided, thus making it possible to send a PB signal.

Abstract: A system for providing multimedia messages to a mobile device and a method thereof that includes a server structured to receive and forward multimedia messages. In the system, the server may include a processor structured to receive a multimedia message. When the multimedia message is received, the processor may determine a multimedia standard operable with the mobile device, and direct the formatting of the multimedia message in accordance with the standard. The formatting may be done by the processor itself or another means for formatting the multimedia message. Further, the system may notify the mobile device that the multimedia message has been received and send the formatted multimedia message to the mobile device based on a response to the notification.

Abstract: The illustrative embodiments described herein provide systems and methods for movie identification based on a location. In the embodiment, a method includes locating a mobile communication device associated with a user to form location data, accessing a location database to determine a geographic location of the mobile communication device based on the location data, and identifying a set of movies related to the geographic location by accessing a movie database. Each of the set of movies in the movie database is associated with one or more respective geographic locations. The method also includes presenting a set of movie results corresponding to the set of movies on a graphical user interface of the mobile communication device. In another embodiment, the method may also validate an object photographed by a camera of the mobile communication device, and use the recognized object to identify the set of movies.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure relate to user access to an application service that references user account information and previous user action information. One example method may include receiving, via a receiver device, user input information to access an application, the user input information including at least one action request and authorizing the user to access the application. The method may also include storing the user input information as part of a contextual history information record in a database memory, generating a response message to the selected at least one action request based on the contextual history information, and forwarding the response message to the user via a transmitter device.

Abstract: A method and apparatus of applying user profile information to a customized application are disclosed. One example method of operation may include receiving an inquiry from a user device at a customer call center server and identifying and authorizing the user from the received inquiry. The method may also provide retrieving a user profile from memory that includes history information based on previous interactions between the user device and the customer call center server and calculating a prediction as to a purpose for the inquiry. The prediction may be based on user profile history, social networking profile information, recent transactions, etc. The method may also provide transmitting a response to the inquiry based on the calculated prediction.

Abstract: In nurse call systems where communication between a plurality of slave units and a plurality of extension terminals is possible, a nurse call controller serving the slave units and a private branch exchange serving the mobile terminals have been connected to each other through a nurse call adaptor; thus, there is a need for one such nurse call system that does not require a nurse call adaptor. Provided is an interface unit which is connected to a nurse call controller through a plurality of ISND basic interfaces, connected to a private branch exchange through an ISDN primary rate interface, and performs interface conversion therebetween.

A contact number of a proxy server may be received from the application service module. The contact number may be utilized to connect with the agent via the proxy server.

Abstract: A system and method for allowing two-way anonymous communication. A message is received by the system, and a unique user ID is created and associated with the sender's contact information. The message if forwarded to the appropriate administrative user, along with the user ID but not the sender's contact information. A response from the administrative user may then be routed back to the sender by matching the user ID associated with the response with the contact information associated with that user ID. Thus, communication with possible without the parties knowing the identity of the other party.
