Patents Assigned to Western Oilfields Supply Co.
  • Patent number: 7931310
Abstract: A coupler for use with a sealing member for releasably securing together adjacent ends of grooved end pipe and forming a fluid-tight seal therebetween. The coupler includes a pair of arcuate segments, each segment having a generally inverted U-shaped cross-section so as to define a pair of depending leg portions and an outer spanning wall extending therebetween, each of the coupling segments further defining first and second end portions. The first end portions of each arcuate segment are joined together in a pivotal connection. A closure including a bail pivotally mounted on a release/locking lever, an attachment hook and a pair of abutment surfaces is provided at the second end portions of the arcuate segments for releasably joining and securing together the second end portions of the segments about the sealing gasket and adjacent pipe ends with the leg portions of the segments projecting into the grooves therein.

  • Patent number: 7553412
Abstract: A portable system for on-site monitoring and treatment of water comprising a protective enclosure adapted to be positioned proximate a site of collected water, an internal fluid flow system disposed within the enclosure comprising a first conduit extending from a dirty water inlet on the enclosure to a pair of dirty water outlets and a second conduit extending from a return water inlet on the enclosure to a filtered water outlet and a clean water outlet. Probes are provided in the conduits for monitoring fluid parameters therein and communicating those parameters to a controller within the enclosure. The controller compares the measured parameter levels with predetermined acceptable levels and actuates valve members in said conduits in response to the measured parameter levels to selectively communicate the respective conduits with respective outlets for the treatment of water passing through the system.

  • Patent number: 6648281
Abstract: A portable hose bridge for use in spanning a flexible wall of a portable spillage container so as to prevent the hose or other equipment extending from the container from distorting the flexible wall of the container and impairing the environmental integrity of the container. The hose bridge includes a pair of perpendicularly disposed archways, a pair of perpendicularly disposed and differently sized saddles disposed above and extending parallel to the archways and four support legs bordering the archways for securely supporting and positioning the bridge such that one of the archways extends along and over a portion of the spillage container wall and one of the saddles extends perpendicular to and above the wall for carrying a hose or other equipment over the wall.
