    Abstract: A concrete crusher has cutting shears with a first cutting arm forming an additional arm on one of the jaws of the breaker tongs and a second cutting arm rigidly joined to the frame of the concrete crusher. An hydraulic piston/cylinder unit drives the jaws such that the first cutting arm is in an open position relative to the second cutting arm when the jaws are in an open position.
