Abstract: A system and a method for predicting future cash flow of a business according to at least one parameter of the business, in addition to the actual (prior and/or current) cash flow itself. The at least one parameter may optionally include but is not limited to payment time required to receive payment from a client, payment time required for payment to a supplier, seasonality, payment times according to a plurality of clients and/or suppliers, payment times according to a plurality of different types of clients and/or suppliers, earnings of the business, or an analyzed parameter, or a combination thereof.

Abstract: The present invention aims to improve data mining results, and improve prediction ability for data mining activities. It encompasses a system and method for revealing the set of necessary and sufficient conditions of the values in one of the data set fields, selected by the user as the dependent variable. Based on revealing the if then rules that relate the dependent variable to the other fields by one of the known association rule systems. These if-then rules are then tested against the dependent variable values, and where they are both positive and above a pre-determined threshold, the results are a set of necessary and sufficient conditions.
