Abstract: A drill bit has a cylindrical drill head (1) having two essentially diametrically situated primary cutting edges (2) and chip channels (3) associated therewith. The outer surface (5) of the drill head is formed by curved sections (6) whose end faces (4) have teeth (8) which extend in the axial direction (A) and have cutting edges (7) and cutting faces (9). The cutting faces (9) run at an acute angle in the cutting direction (S) and are set back with respect to a radial line (L) passing through the cutting edge (7). The teeth are formed by crenellated elements (8) which with one of their respective side walls form a cutting face (9) of the cutting edges (7). The side walls (10) of the adjoining crenellated element (8) opposite from the cutting face (9) runs parallel to the cutting face (9).
Abstract: A folding stand (1) for a cross-cut saw or the like, has an elongate carrying body (4) for a cross-cut saw, at the ends of which two legs (3) are hinged. The legs pivot from a storage position, in which they are placed parallel to the carrying body (4), into an operating position, in which they are placed in a trapezoidal position relative to each other. The cross-cut saw is detachably fixed to the carrying body (4). The carrying body (4) is configured as a frame (4), while the fixing device forms brackets (5, 5?, 5?) interacting with the frame.
Abstract: The invention relates to a foldable frame (1) for oscillating saws or the like with an elongated support body (2), to which the oscillating saw is mountable, and to which, at each one of its two respective ends, are connected two legs (6,7), the latter being swivelable from a storage configuration in which they extend essentially parallel to the support body (2) to an operative configuration in which they extend essentially perpendicular from the support body (2). In order to improve the usefulness of the above-described foldable frame, it is proposed that the support body (2) be configured as two support body sections (3, 4), which are connected to one another by a hinge (5), which in the storage configuration lie parallel to each other, and which by swivelling movement through 180° can be brought into the operative configuration.
Abstract: A spring clamp has a clamping mouth (1) with two clamping jaws (2) which can be spring-loaded toward one another by the force of a spring. The clamping jaws (2) are formed by arms (3) which are connected to one another in an articulated manner at one end. The other ends of the arms (3) which form actuating sections (4) can be moved toward one another in order to open the clamping mouth (1). The two abutting clamping jaws (2) together with the articulation pin (5) of the arms (3) define a reference plane (E). An angle bisector (G) between the two actuating sections (4) is inclined at approximately 90° to the reference plane (E). A hook may be provided at the actuating section (4).
Abstract: A clamping tool, particularly a clamping clip, is provided with first and second clamping jaw carriers which are associated with a track and which respectively bear a clamping jaw. At least the first clamping jaw carrier can be displaced along the track in one direction by a stepped shifting gear mechanism and is prevented from being displaced in the opposite direction by a detachable return locking element and can be displaced along the track.
Abstract: The invention relates to a support structure comprising a support assembly that is supported by legs. The support assembly can be pivoted around a pivoting axis (4) relative to the legs from a position of use to a rest position and can be blocked from pivoting in the position of use by a fixing member. In an advantageous improvement of such a structure, the captivation member is configured as a latch (5) that engages, in the position of use, with a wedge-type blocking surface (8) by means of a spring force, thereby forcing it against a blocking shoulder (9,9?).
Abstract: Locking or expanding pliers (1) having two plier arms (4, 5) which arc joined to each other in the manner of a scissor-type joint. The arms forming grip sections (6, 7) on one end and clamping sections (12, 13) on the other end and being able to be locked in various clamping positions, whereby the clamping results from the elastic deformation of at least one of the two plier arms (4, 5) occurring when the plier arms (4, 5) are placed in a clamping position. A spring element (F) is arranged in the active area between the clamping section and the grip section in order to achieve improved proportioning of the clamping force, whereby both grip sections (6, 7) can be disposed on top of each other and placed in another locking position (19, 20), when both clamping sections (12, 13) are maintained in a distanced position (a), in order to increase clamping power.
Abstract: The invention relates to a clamping tool com-prising a clamping jaw (5), which is releasably fixed on a rail, preferably at the end (2) thereof, and which comprises a pin (4) that passes through an opening of the rail. The clamping jaw is releasably fixed on the rail, whereby, after pulling the pin (4) out of the opening, the clamping jaw can be fixed at an opening (3) located at another position of the rail, preferably at its other end by reinserting the pin into an opening (3) located at that po-sition. A second clamping jaw (7) is displaceably arranged on said rail (1). A tightening element (8) is used to bring the second clamping jaw, according to the location of the first clamping jaw (5) on the rail (1), into a clamping position in the direction of the latter or in a direction away from the latter. The aim of the invention is to achieve a simplified changing from one fixing position to another fixing position on the rail.
