Abstract: The present invention provides a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel comprising a color film substrate, a thin film transistor substrate, and a photo spacer. Wherein the photo spacer is disposed on the color film substrate or/and the thin film transistor substrate. The color film substrate or/and the thin film transistor substrate are provided with a recess. At least a portion of the photo spacer disposed on one of the color filter substrate and the thin film transistor substrate and the recess disposed on the other of the color filter substrate and the thin film transistor substrate are nested.
