    Abstract: A negative pressure sealing drainage system for surgical treatment of deep cavity wound includes: a columnar porous foam drainage piece, a wave-form sealing cover which is extendable and retractable, a medical film, a drainage tube, a fluid storage container, and a negative pressure source. The columnar porous foam drainage piece is a hydrophilic foam, and is enclosed within the wave-form sealing cover. One end of the drainage tube is inserted into an upper portion of the columnar porous foam drainage piece. A flap provided along a circumference of the bottom-most end of the wave-form sealing cover adheres to skin surrounding a deep cavity wound. An upper end of the wave-form sealing cover is provided with a tube-shaped connection opening sealingly connected to the drainage tube communicating with a connection tube via a straight-tube fitting and inserted into the fluid storage container. The fluid storage container communicates with the negative pressure source via a connection tube.

    Abstract: Provided are a collagen sponge containing a drug for promoting fracture healing and a method for preparing the same, the method comprises the steps of: 1) adding bisphosphonate containing phosphonate radical in an equivalent dosage of 70 to 140 mg and/or strontium salt in a dosage of 100 to 800 mg into 1 kg of the enzymolysis solution of collagen; 2) adding a crosslinking agent into the solution, the crosslinking agent being added in a proportion where 40 to 60 U of crosslinking agent is added per gram of enzymolysis solution; 3) stirring the mixed solution in step 2) uniformly, then putting it into a stainless steel tray, and placing the tray in a vacuum lyophilizer for lyophilizing for 10 to 16 hours so that it is lyophilized into a sponge-like shape; and 4) allowing the collagen sponge in step 3) to be cut, packaged and sealed, and sterilized by irradiation with cobalt 60.

The device further includes a glue film (7) and an leading-out pipe (8). The glue film (7) is disposed above the multi-hole foam cushion (1). An opening of the side hole of the drainage pipe (2) is contacted with the multi-hole foam cushion (1). The leading-out pipe (8) is connected to the drainage pipe (2), and is disposed above the glue film (7). The sealing film (3) is sealed on the glue film (7). The leading-out pipe (8) is received in the drainage container (5) via the duct (17), and the drainage container (5) is connected to the vacuum source (6) via the duct (17). The device increases time of maintaining elasticity and a humid environment for the multi-hole foam cushion, which is helpful for wound healing.
