Abstract: A method for adjusting an openable angle of display screens, and a multi-screen terminal. The method includes: detecting, by a multi-screen terminal, an intensity of ambient light and a corresponding light incident angle of each display screen, and obtaining a currently used display screen as well as a viewpoint angle between the currently used display screen and a user; judging, by the multi-screen terminal, whether the intensity of ambient light corresponding to a light incident angle having the smallest difference with the viewpoint angle is greater than a preset value, and adjusting, under the condition that the viewpoint angle is greater than the preset value, an openable angle between the display screens until the multi-screen terminal judges that the intensity of ambient light corresponding to the light incident angle that is closest to the current viewpoint angle is less than or equal to the preset value.

Abstract: The disclosure claims a method and a device for determining a Radio Link Failure (RLF) reason, wherein a UE has an RLF in a first eNB where the UE is located, and successfully establishes a RRC with a second eNB. The method includes that: the UE sends RLF information to the first eNB, wherein the RLF information includes at least one of the following: the ambient signal quality information recorded by the UE when the RRC is established successfully, the location information of the UE when the RLF occurs, and the location information of the UE when the RRC is successfully established; the first eNB determines the RLF reason according to the RLF information. The disclosure solves the problem that the RLF reason cannot be judged accurately in the conventional art, and enables the network side to obtain more accurate and comprehensive information.

Abstract: Provided are a policy control method and device for one or more terminal peripherals. The method includes: an M2M gateway executing one or more operations for one or more terminal peripherals according to a transaction trigger condition in policy definition, wherein the one or more operations for the one or more terminal peripherals are one or more operations corresponding to the transaction trigger condition in the policy definition. The solution solves the technical problem in the related art that it is impossible to implement control for one or more terminal peripherals through the M2M gateway according to the policy definition, which implements policy control of one or more terminal peripherals through the M2M gateway and improves the intelligent degree of an M2M system.

Abstract: A terminal and a synchronization control method among terminals are provided. The method includes: a master controlling terminal establishing synchronization control connections with multiple controlled terminals respectively; the master controlling terminal delivering a unique authorization token held by the master controlling terminal to one controlled terminal among the multiple controlled terminals, to enable the current controlled terminal acquiring the authorization token to be capable of performing information interaction with the master controlling terminal for synchronization control processing. The solution can solve the problem of coordination interaction control between a master controlling terminal and multiple mutually independent controlled terminals, and avoid interaction conflict between the mutually independent controlled terminals. Moreover, the solution can further reduce the network bandwidth occupation and solve the problem of high network bandwidth occupation.

Abstract: A dielectric resonator and a dielectric filter are provided. The inner wall or the outer wall of the dielectric resonator is plated with silver. With the technical solution, it can be guaranteed that the volume of a dielectric resonant column of which the inner wall or the outer wall is plated with silver is reduced by about 35% as compared with the volume of an ordinary dielectric filter, or the volume of the dielectric resonator is reduced under the condition of the same cavity body. In addition, the dielectric resonator is stable and reliable in filtering performance, simple in production process, and overcomes the defect of large size of the universal dielectric resonator in the related art in the low communication frequency band.

Abstract: Provided are a method for establishing a WLAN by a mobile terminal and a mobile terminal. The method comprises: when the mobile terminal needs to establish a WLAN with other terminals, the mobile terminal starts Bluetooth, and modifies a name of a Bluetooth device of the mobile terminal to a character string that contains an identifier; and starts Bluetooth search to acquire Bluetooth MAC addresses of other terminals with the identifiers contained in the name of the Bluetooth device; and a Bluetooth MAC address of the mobile terminal is compared with the acquired Bluetooth MAC addresses respectively, and when the Bluetooth MAC address of the mobile terminal meets a pre-set condition, setting the mobile terminal as a wireless access point of the WLAN.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a Radio Resource Management (RRM) method, device and system. The method includes that: a first network element judges whether a target Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network NodeB (eNB) of a terminal is a configured eNB or not, wherein the configured eNB is an eNB pre-storing context information of the terminal; and under the condition that the target eNB is the configured eNB, the first network element sends a notice of performing communication according to the corresponding context information to the configured eNB and the terminal respectively. By the disclosure, problems of serial Handover (HO) in a related technology are solved, and an effect of increasing an HO success rate is achieved.

Abstract: Provided are a service control method and device. The method includes: acquiring related information of a user service and real-time status information of a service used by a user, wherein the related information includes: information needing to be referenced for regulating a control policy for the user service; based on the related information and real-time status information which are acquired, monitoring a current service status of a mobile network; and generating or adjusting user control policy information according to a result of the monitoring, and issuing the generated or adjusted user control policy information.
