Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for preparing vanillin by fermentation with eugenol as a substrate, preparing vanillin by a mixed fermentation of Penicillium simplicissimum OMK-68 and Bacillus sp. OMK-69, its potency reached 35 g/L, the mass conversion rate of eugenol reaches 83.3%. Penicillium simplicissimum OMK-68 in the present disclosure can use eugenol as a substrate for fermentation to prepare coniferyl alcohol, and its fermentation effect and substrate utilization rate are far better than wild-type Penicillium simplicissimum. The Bacillus sp. OMK-69 in the present disclosure can use coniferyl alcohol as a substrate for fermentation to prepare vanillin, and its fermentation effect and substrate utilization rate are far better than wild-type Bacillus sp.

Abstract: The present invention provides a bacterium and a method for the biological production of Heliotropin by the fermemtation of safrole. In one aspect of the present invention, a process for the conversion of safrole to Heliotropin is achieved by the use of a bacterial strain of Serratia liquefaciens ZMT-1 (CCTCC M 2016170). The production method comprises the steps of seeding the Serratia liquefaciens culture in the presence of oxygen for 24-36 hours, transforming the safrole substrate for 24-48 hours with 0.5-3 g/L substrate concentration, and reaching the Heliotropin concentration of 160-524 mg/L. The present invention reports, for the first time, on a method for producing the high concentration of Heliotropin by using the Serratia liquefaciens ZMT-1 strain or the enzyme extracted from the strain.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a strain of Rhodotorula sp. OMK-1(CCTCC M 2015326) and a method for producing natural cinnamic acid through the fermentation of Rhodotorula sp. OMK-1. The production method comprises steps of strain activation, seed culture, fermentation, extraction, etc. The fermentation process uses natural glucose, amino acids, etc. as raw materials to produce cinnamic acid via the metabolism of Rhodotorula sp. OMK-1. The present invention provides a safe and environmentally friendly method for producing natural cinnamic acid at low temperature and low pressure with simple operation and reduced pollution.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a bacterial strain, Streptomyces psammoticus OMK-4, and a method for vanillin production by fermentation of the bacterial strain. The method of the fermentation includes the following steps: activating the strain, culturing the seed, fermenting, extracting and so on. This method using ferulic acid as one of the raw materials to produce vanillin through microbial fermentation is safe and environmentally friendly.
