Abstract: A body stretcher includes a floor-standing frame, wherein a horizontal plate is connected to an upper surface, with a sleeve tube, pulleys are mounted on a headrest, one end of the movable rod is connected with a foot hook frame, an end, inserted into the sleeve tube, of the movable rod is connected with a rack, an elastic rope winds across the pulleys to be connected with a head protector; a support is arranged on the outer side of the sleeve tube, one end of a manual swing rod is hinged to the support, an active pawl is hinged to the manual swing rod, one end of the active pawl is matched with a toothed groove of the gear, a check pawl is hinged to the support, and a compression spring drives one end of the check pawl to be matched with the toothed groove of the gear.

Abstract: The present application provides a folding rowing machine, including a main frame, a slide rail frame and a fixing assembly, the fixing assembly includes a swing rod, a limit rod, and an elastic member and a pedal member connected to the limit rod, an arc-shaped abutting surface which swings synchronously with the slide rail frame is arranged at a position where the slide rail frame and the main frame are hinged, a usage stop groove and a storage stop groove are recessed and formed on the arc-shaped abutting surface, the usage stop groove or the storage stop groove on the arc-shaped abutting surface is clamped and fixed with the limit rod of the fixing assembly; pedaling on the pedal member drives the limit rod to overcome acting force of the elastic member and swing toward a direction away from the arc-shaped abutting surface.

Abstract: Exercise machine includes a base and a cushion. The cushion is slidably connected to the rotary rod. A left pedal and a right pedal are arranged at the front end of the base or at positions. A supporting rail is arranged on the base and has two sides respectively provided with guide grooves. A sliding frame is cooperatively disposed on the supporting rail and provided with left wheels and right wheels, which are respectively matched with the guide grooves. A left cross rod and a right cross rod respectively extend out from two sides of the supporting rod. A left pull rod and a right pull rod are respectively hinged to the end of the left cross rod and the end of the right cross rod. Elastic ropes are disposed between the left pull rod and the rotary rod, and also between the right pull rod and the rotary rod.

The main body of the machine rack is formed by a multisection longitudinal stretch sleeve, and a longitudinal stretch regulation mechanism is provided to retractably regulate the multisection longitudinal stretch sleeve in the longitudinal direction. By the rotation of a pull hand and the engagement of a strip gear and a round gear wheel in the longitudinal stretch regulation mechanism to extend the second sleeve relative to the first sleeve, the user on the lying board can be extended to attain the stretching of the cervical vertebra thereof.
