Abstract: A system for tracking a speed of service at a restaurant for a vehicle receives an indicator that the vehicle is present in a menu board area from a first detector, and receives an indicator that an order for the vehicle is entered at a POS device. The system then receives an indicator that the vehicle is present in a service window area from a second detector. Based on the received information, the system can calculate the greet time, menu board time and service window time for the vehicle. Further, the system can generate reports and display information that correlates POS information, such as menu details of an order, with loop detector information.
