    Abstract: Disclosed are a universal alpha-olefin polymerization industrial catalyst, and an application thereof, specifically an industrial production catalyst which consists of (A) a solid catalyst component, (B) a cocatalyst organoaluminium compound and (C) an external electron donor compound, and is used for various alpha-olefin polymerization or copolymerization processes. The solid catalyst component (A) is prepared from a dibutyl phthalate or diisobutyl phthalate and 9,9-bis(methoxymethyl)fluorene composite internal electron donor. A hydrocarbyl alkoxy silicon, an organic acid ester or a hydrocarbyl alkoxy silicon and organic acid ester composite acts as the external electron donor component (C). The solid catalyst component (A), the cocatalyst organoaluminium compound (B) and the external electron donor compound (C) are used together in industrial devices for various alpha-olefin polymerization or copolymerization processes to produce new grades of poly-alpha-olefins.

    Abstract: An internal electron donor compound for preparing ?-olefin polymerization catalyst component, including two kinds of electron donors; the proportion of the two kinds of electron donors in the compounding preparation of the catalyst is determined via designed experiments so as to obtain a catalyst component having good comprehensive performance or a particular performance. The electron donor compound of the present invention can be used in the preparation of ?-olefin polymerization and co-polymerization catalyst component, particular the preparation of propylene polymerization catalyst component, and is applicable to prepare the propylene polymerization catalyst component by reacting magnesium chloride-ethanols complex compound carrier with titanium tetrachloride and electron donors, or to directly prepare the propylene polymerization catalyst component by reacting magnesium chloride, alcohols, titanium tetrachloride, and internal electron donor.

    Abstract: The catalyst for olefin polymerization contains three components A, B and C. The component A is a solid catalyst containing titanium, magnesium, chlorine element and an internal electron donor, the internal electron donor consists of 1,4-diether [2,2?-dialkoxy-1,1?-biphenyl, 2,2?-dialkoxy-1,1?-binaphthalene, 10,10?-dialkoxy-9,9-biphenanthrene] and organic acid ester or 1,3-diether [9,9-bis(methoxymethyl)fluorine, 2,2-dialky 1-1,3-dimethoxypropane]; the component B is an organoaluminum compound; the component C is external electron donor-organic silicon compound or the 1,4 aromatic diether. The catalyst has high catalytic activity, and can be adjusted in the range from 40,000 to 150,000 gPP/gCat when used in propylene polymerization. The polymer made therefrom has isotactivity of 80 to 99 percent and the molecular weight distribution can be adjusted in a wide range. The invention provides a novel method for preparing the 1,4 aromatic diether.
