Abstract: A dual-shaft hinge connected between a cover member and a base member of a flip-up electronic product is disclosed to include a hinge shaft set including a first hinge shaft having a spirally extended propelling groove, a second hinge shaft having a spirally extended position-limit groove, a female hinge member coupled to the first hinge shaft and the second hinge shaft, a sliding block set having a first protrusion and a second protrusion respectively located at two opposite sides thereof and respectively coupled to the propelling groove and the position-limit groove, and a linkage adapted to limit the rotating angle of the first hinge shaft and the turning angle of the female hinge member about the second hinge shaft, preventing errors in angular difference between the two opposite lateral sides of the cover member and the two opposite lateral sides of the base member.

Abstract: A hinge unit includes a coupler plate formed with first and second coupler holes; first and second axles extending rotatably through the coupler holes in the coupler plate and formed with first and second engaging grooves corresponding to each other; a driving slide block disposed between the first and second axles, having first and second contact surfaces formed with first and second engagement ribs in engagement with the first and the second engaging grooves such that the slide block is movable along axes of the axles; and a positioning plate formed with first and second position holes permitting extension of the first and second axles, thereby restricting a movable range of the slide block between the coupler plate and the positioning plate. Movement of the slide block along the axes of the axles results in simultaneous rotation of the axles in directions opposite to each other.

Abstract: A metal sheet member for insert molding with a plastic member is disclosed having a plurality of bonding portions arranged on the top wall thereof for enhancing the bonding strength of the plastic member to the metal sheet member, each bonding portion including a groove located on the top wall of the metal sheet member and a lug formed of a part of the metal sheet member and obliquely upwardly curved from one end of the groove.

Abstract: A method is applied to manufacture a combination-type male hinge comprising a connection portion and a shaft portion extended from the connection portion, and comprises the steps of: forming a plurality of connection plates by punching along at least one punching direction; making each connection plate have a punched peripheral surface and at least one perforating hole; making the punched peripheral surface have at least one sheared region and at least one torn region; and perforating the perforating holes of the connection plates by a extension bar extended from the connection portion, so as to connect the connection plates and manufacture the shaft portion of the combination-type male hinge.

Abstract: A heat radiating member mounting structure for enabling multiple heat radiating members to be fastened together in a stack without tools is disclosed. Each heat radiating member has convex portions and lugs formed on each of two upright side flanges at two sides of a flat base thereof such that multiple heat radiating members can be fastened together by means of engaging protruding portions of the lugs of one heat radiating member into locating grooves in the convex portions of another heat radiating member.
