Abstract: A container includes a base having a bottom wall and side walls defining an interior storage compartment. At least one of the side walls has a locking element. A cover is movably mounted to the base for movement between an open position in which access to the interior storage compartment is permitted and a closed position in which access to the interior storage compartment is prevented. A handle includes a handle portion and a cover locking mechanism. The handle is movably mounted to the cover so that the handle is movable to move the cover locking mechanism thereof into interlocking engagement with the locking element provided on the base to lock the cover in the closed position.

Abstract: A work stand includes a base structure and a table structure movably mounted on the base structure to adjust the height of the table surface. A spring mechanism is operatively engaged with the table structure and operable to apply a force to the table structure which tends to raise the table structure to assist a raising movement with respect to the base structure. Steps are mounted on the base structure and are positioned generally under the table structure when the table structure is in an operative position. The table structure is movable into an access position in which the steps are exposed.

Abstract: A container, such as a tool box, has an interior storage compartment and a cover with a light opening therein. A light is mounted within the compartment and is selectively positionable to shine through the light opening or to illuminate the interior of the storage compartment. Preferably, the light is mounted on an articulated hinge allowing movement between a plurality of discrete positions and locks in place in a stored position. The light may be battery operated and may be removable if desired.

Abstract: A workshop is formed of a back portion, a foldable desk, and collapsible legs. When folded, the desk latches closed, thus forming a thin profile against a mounting wall. The workshop may be easily mounted in any room in a home.

Abstract: A hanger for storing fishing leaders includes a flexible member movable from an equilibrium configuration to flexed condition. A plurality of support members are secured along the member to support one or more looped sections of fishing line and to engage the hook of a stored leader. A fishing leader may be stored by securing the first end of the leader to the flexible member, looping the fishing line around one or more support members and securing the fishing hook over one of the support members while the flexible member is manually held in a flexed condition. Movement of the flexible member back toward its equilibrium configuration when the flexible member is released tensions the fishing line so that the stored fishing leader is taut. The leader hanger can be releasably retained in a storage box that can be selectively configured by a user.

Abstract: A sawhorse includes an elongated workpiece supporting structure and a pair of leg assemblies joined to the workpiece supporting structure, which enables the leg assemblies to be moved between a folded position for storage and transportation purposes and an operative position. Connecting structure connects the leg assemblies to retain the leg assemblies in the operative position thereof and to allow movement of the leg assemblies between the operative and folded positions thereof. Each leg assembly includes a pair of separate lower leg members and is mounted for independent movement in a generally vertical direction and adjusted to a plurality of different positions with respect to the associated leg assembly and the connecting structure while the pair of the leg assemblies are retained in the operative position thereof by the connecting structure. A releasable locking member for each leg member is mounted in the connecting structure for movement between a releasing position and a locking position.

The tabletop assembly is movable, with the pair of support members in their open operative position, into a storage position which exposes the elongated workpiece support surface.

Abstract: A portable storage assembly includes a central support structure and a container assembly comprising a storage container and a cover member. The container assembly is movable between access and storage positions with respect to the central support structure. When the container assembly is in its access position, the storage container is in its access position and the cover member is movable into its open position and when the cover member is in its closed position, the container assembly can be moved into its storage position in which the storage container is in its storage position with respect to the central support structure. The central support structure holds the cover member closed when the container assembly is in its storage position. A locking assembly releasably locks the container assembly in its storage position. A handle is connected to the central support structure for carrying assembly.
