Abstract: The present invention relates to an overheat auto power off socket, in which a linkage unit it includes is positioned at one side of a conductive shrapnel, and via a hot melt piece found within linkage unit, it conducts electricity, and when the temperature level of the conductive shrapnel is too high, it first melts, and then causes formation of a short circuit between linkage unit and the wiring terminal frame, so that it stops conduction of electricity, and therefore achieves the purpose of preventing formation of dangerous situations due to high temperatures.
