Abstract: An easy grease filling machine is disclosed. The grease filling machine comprises a drum cover, a pump body that goes through the drum cover, a grease pressing disc fitted on the pump body. The periphery of the drum cover is configured with a quick locking mechanism compatible to the rim of the grease packing drum and fixed with the drum body, and is matched by a grease pressing disc with its size automatically changeable when it moves up or down inside the drum body based on the different diameters of the drum body from bottom to top. The grease pressing disc comprises a disc body and a grease scraping skirt configured on the outer periphery of the disc body with its cross section shaped like an inverted V.

Abstract: A locking device for adjusting nailing force of an electric nail comprises a power box, a driving motor, and an upper cylinder and lower cylinder provided on the right side of the power box. The driving motor is connected with connecting arm through a reducing mechanism. The end of the connecting arm is provided with an eccentric spindle. A lower piston is provided inside the lower cylinder. The lower piston is hinged with a piston arm on its top side. The piston arm is connected to the eccentric spindle. An upper piston is provided inside the upper cylinder. A firing pin is provided at the center of the sidewall on the left side of the upper piston. The left end of the firing pin sticks out of the upper cylinder. A fixing part is provided on the left side of the upper cylinder and above the power box.

Abstract: A safety structure used in the anti-auto-firing device of electric nail guns, including a base cover and an anti-auto-firing device. The anti-auto-firing device comprises a safety rack, an adjusting-connecting device, an on-off lever, an inching switch and a return spring. A safety device is fitted over the on-off lever. The safety device comprises a retaining ring, a bearing elastic piece and a locating spacer. A support plate is disposed in the base cover. The support plate is provided with a lever slot, the retaining ring is fixed to the on-off lever. Both ends of bearing elastic piece prop the retaining ring and locating spacer respectively. The locating spacer props the side of support plate. The bearing elastic piece has elastic force keeping the end of on-off lever away from the inching switch.

Abstract: A novel nail stop block structure for nail stop and restraining comprises a nail head and a striker hole disposed in the nail head. The front orifice of striker hole is located in the front end face of nail head. A nail head cylinder is disposed on the left lower end of middle part of the nail head. A mobile hole is disposed in the center of upper surface of the nail head cylinder connected to the inner space thereof. An assorted nail feeding piston is disposed in the nail head cylinder. A piston rod coaxial with the mobile hole is disposed on the center of upper surface of the nail feeding piston. The upper end of the piston rod passes upwards through the mobile hole.

Abstract: A safety rack regulating device for nailing guns comprises a regulating base, a guide slot located in the left part of regulating base, and a safety rack located in the guide slot. The left end of safety rack is extended out of the regulating base and provided with a safety head. A square groove is located in the left part of the regulating base. A clamping cap is located in the regulating base, the clamping cap seals the opening of square groove. The enclosure between the clamping cap and inner wall of regulating base forms a guide hole. A suited adjusting bolt is located in the guide hole. A transverse punch hole is located in the center of the adjusting bolt. A regulation hole corresponding to the position of adjusting bolt is located in the outer wall of the regulating base.
