The oval slotted region is formed from two recesses, which lie opposite to one another each in a jaw and which run corresponding to the two smaller apical circles of curvature of the elliptical cross sectional profile and are at a distance from one another, the magnitude of which lies between the length of the larger axis of the ellipse and that of the smaller axis of the ellipse.
