  • Patent number: 11661937
Abstract: A method for determining a current wear (w) of a hydrostatic pump, particularly of a radial piston pump, with a variable-speed drive, where the pump is connected to a fluid passage, in which a fluid is pumped by the pump to create a current actual volume flow in the fluid passage. A current actual volume flow (Qact) is determined, by measuring the volume flow in the fluid passage at a predetermined drive-vector, a computed volume flow (Qcomp) is determined, by a first computational method, at the predetermined drive-vector, and the current wear (w) of the pump is determined, by a second computational method, which relates the current actual volume flow (Qact) to the computed volume flow (Qcomp).

  • Patent number: 11644019
Abstract: A chemical delivery system connects to a chemical tank and includes a union connected to the tank outlet and providing an antirotation feature, in addition to threads, to prevent rotation of the assembly in response to asymmetric loads. A measuring tube alternately receives liquid from the tank and is isolated from the tank. While isolated from the tank, liquid is withdrawn from the tube by a pump under conditions allowing the pump to be calibrated. The assembly is cantilevered from the tank outlet and is of reduced length and weight producing a device which is not prone to overstress the tank outlet.

  • Patent number: 11619231
Abstract: A complete bearing-sealed root vacuum pump system capable of promoting vacuum ability of a condenser of a power plant provides a complete bearing-sealed structure. All chambers are isolated effectively so that liquid cannot flow there between and thus not to destroy the root vacuum pump. Therefore, the lifetime of the root vacuum pump is prolonged. The heat exchangers are arranged between the root vacuum pumps and the front stage pump so as to return the condensed water. The condenser vacuum is improved and thus the power generation efficiency is promoted, and power consumption is lowered. As a result a large power plant can save several thousand tons of coals per year.
